Chef Tyson is a local to Camrose, growing up and attending Chester Ronning Elementary all the way to Camrose Composite High! He has been working in the industry for 21 years, graduating from NAIT in 2015 as a Red Seal Journeyman. Chef has competed in competitions across Canada, including a dish in the Tomato Top 100! Chef Tyson has also placed 2nd for Char Champion, won the Signature Chef award from Stettler's "A Taste of the Heartland" and has a Food Network Canada episode on "Firemasters" about to air! His favorite dish at Hart House Wine and Tapa is his GF Gnocchi, which he has been perfecting for seven years and has been compared to that of Rome.
