About the Chef

Chef Tyson is a local to Camrose, growing up and attending Chester Ronning Elementary all the way to Camrose Composite! He has been working in the industry for 18 years, graduating from NAIT in 2015 as a Red Seal Journeyman. Chef has competed in competitions across Canada, including a performance on The Food Network and has been recognized in the Tomato Top 100! Chef Tyson has made appearances on Global TV's cooking show, and has a secret to share in the new year! Chef's favorite dish at Hart House Wine and Tapa is his GF Gnocchi, which he has been perfecting for almost six years.
